Is Catherine a chatbot? No. Chatbots follow scripts and break when you go off-script. Catherine understands context, learns your preferences, remembers your history, and takes autonomous action. She's closer to a person you've hired than a tool you've installed.

Does Catherine work 24/7? Yes. She doesn't sleep, take breaks, or call in sick. She's available whenever you need her.

What happens if Catherine doesn't understand something? She'll ask for clarification. She won't guess and get it wrong — she'll tell you she's not sure and ask what you mean.

Can Catherine make mistakes? Yes. She's extremely capable but not infallible. For important actions (sending client emails, financial transactions, public communications), you can require her to get your approval first. She learns from corrections and gets better over time.

Privacy and security

Can Catherine see all my emails? Only if you give her access. You control exactly what she can read, and you can revoke access at any time.

Does Catherine share my information with other users? Never. Your data, your memory, your instructions — they're completely isolated. No other Catherine instance or user has access to your information.

Is my data used to train AI models? No. Your data is used only to serve you. It's not shared, sold, or used for model training.

Where is my data stored? Your data is stored securely on infrastructure managed by Catherine OS. Contact us for specific security and compliance details.

Channels

Can I use multiple messaging apps? Yes. Catherine recognises you across all connected channels. Start a conversation on WhatsApp, continue it on Telegram — she keeps the full context.

What if I want to switch channels? Just start messaging on your new preferred channel. Catherine will pick up where you left off.

Capabilities

Can Catherine send emails on my behalf? Yes, with your permission. You can set her to draft-and-approve mode (she writes, you send) or full autonomy mode (she writes and sends).

Can she make phone calls? Catherine supports voice communication through specific channels. Contact us for current voice capabilities.

Can she access my bank account? Catherine can help with financial tracking, reminders, and reporting, but she does not directly access bank accounts. She works alongside your accounting tools, not as a replacement.

What languages does Catherine speak? Catherine communicates fluently in English. Support for additional languages is in development.

Technical

Do I need to install anything? No. Catherine works through your existing messaging apps. Nothing to download, install, or update.

Can Catherine connect to my existing tools? Yes. She integrates with Google Workspace, smart home platforms, and a growing list of business tools. If you need a specific integration, let us know.

What if my internet goes down? Catherine needs an internet connection to communicate with you. If you're offline, she'll continue working on any pending tasks and catch you up when you're back.
